Aquarian

Project scope

The Aquarian is Jacksonville University’s Literary and Arts Magazine. It is worked on by a student staff. I served as lead designer, developing the theme, the layout design and how we would advertise. We wanted a punk theme portrayed with black and white contrast and bright, poppy colors. Ripped pages and custom illustrations elevated the theme to make it feel loud.
